Heather has almost 2 decades of travel experience and has owned her own travel business for more than half of that.  She has been featured as an educator on the TMR Master Advisor Series and has been a featured speaker and panelist at several travel trade events and symposiums across the country.  Her agency has been awarded with Travel Impressions Best of the Best Award 5 times, named as one of the Network of Entrepreneurs who Sell Travel’s Elite Top 25 Agencies in the Country every year since 2016 and is a Black Pineapple and Piton Award-winning agent for the Islands of Antigua and St Lucia.  She is honored to be a member of the advisory board for Apple Leisure Group and a previous advisory board member for the islands of Antigua and Barbuda. She is a proud member of ASTA, A.L.L.I.E.S. Travel Society and Female Leaders in Travel.  Her greatest source of pride and inspiration are her two gorgeous grown daughters and her 25+  year marriage to her best friend, husband and favorite travel buddy, Frank.

With her years in the industry, she leveraged her substantial connections to work with top executives from tour companies to recreate itineraries in a brand-new way.
