Unless specifically stated, air is not included. We can help book your air but, we do charge a fee of $50 per ticket for this service. We are happy to look at flights for you and make recommendations for free, but we have found that most of our clients prefer to have control over their own flights, schedule changes etc.  Regardless of whether we book the air, we can still take care of your transfers.

Insurance quotes are sent at the time of deposit and the cost of the insurance is based on the cost of the trip, where you live and the several other factors.  We use Travel Insured for our insurance provider and strongly recommend travel protection for every travel experience.  If you travel often, we can even quote an annual plan for you.

We do not pair roommates but you can check out our Facebook page or our roommate page on our website to see if you can find your own. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any additional fees incurred if you need to change rooms due to a bad roommate situation.
